4.  Kevin Kermes & Olivia Gamber at CareerAttraction are pretty good.  So far, I’ve liked Olivia’s comments on networking.  It’s not about letting people know that you’re looking for something as much as it about letting people know what you’re good at, what your niche is.  I liked that she pointed that it is human nature to want to build trust.  It’s not enough to try to reduce the risk of hiring you to your prospect.  Better to establish rapport and trust  by letting them see your portfolio and value.
